ELECTROSTATIC PAINTING
Electrostatic or powder coating is a homogeneous mixture of fine and solid particles of minerals, pigments and resins. It is called electrostatic painting because of the way it adheres to the parts and for this to happen it is necessary to use a powder painting machine, a specialized equipment in which the paint is mixed with the air by charging it electrically. When electrically charged, the paint particles are attracted to the surface to be painted, usually metal or plastic, which is grounded.
At ECOTEC we have electrostatic powder painting services, meeting the highest quality standards required; We have Spanish manufacturing equipment that provides us with excellent performance and guarantees adequate control of the required paint deposition.
ASSEMBLIES
Metallic coatings, both inorganic and organic, are applied to metals to prevent or reduce corrosion. The principle is based on creating a protective barrier that prevents direct contact between the metal and the electrolyte. To do this, the application of primer coats is required, with the mission of ensuring optimal adhesion to the metal surface.
At ECOTEC we make assemblies for the industry in general and apply special coatings for metals, such as; anti-friction coatings, metal phosphating and others (at the customer's request).
We have a series of guarantees for your peace of mind; electromagnetic and X-ray thickness gauge, trained personnel, monitoring of all processes, PPAP, semi-annual audit, etc.
WELDING
Welding is one of the ideal applications to be automated. The robot precisely locates the joint to be welded, using one or more methods such as: tactile detection, laser spot to locate the work surface, or laser cameras. This system tries to observe the position of the weld, in real time and during the process; with tactical or optical detection techniques.
We have for your service a FANUC ARC Mate 100i Welding Robot that offers you, among other advantages; Maintaining consistency and repeatability by working 24/7 reduces costly rework, as you are able to maintain a correct angle, speed, distance and accuracy obtaining high quality products.
